There are three ways to reach us, depending on whether you need help, want to report a problem, or have general feedback. All three are accessible from the Settings page in the Harpax GUI under Feedback & About.

Report a bug or open a support ticket

Use the Cambric service desk. This is the right channel for anything that needs tracking — bugs, feature requests, or issues that might need a back-and-forth.

You can also open the service desk directly from inside Harpax: Settings → Feedback & AboutOpen Jira Form.

What to include in a bug report
  • Operating system and version
  • Harpax version (run harpax version)
  • Steps to reproduce
  • The relevant section of ~/.harpax/logs/daemon.log
  • A session JSONL file if the issue is detection-related (redact anything sensitive)

Send general feedback

For non-bug feedback — product ideas, comments on the rule set, questions that don't need a tracked ticket — email us directly:

[email protected]

Report a security issue

If you've discovered a vulnerability in Harpax itself, or an attack pattern that Harpax fails to detect and you'd like to disclose it privately before public publication, please contact us at [email protected] and mark the message as confidential.
